The XFB automatic heavy-bag packaging line (from bag supply to truck loading) is a new-generation fully automatic packaging line. It automates the complete process for powder and granular materials: weighing, bag feeding, bag picking, bag filling, sealing, batch coding, bag turning & shaping, metal detection, auto rejection, checkweighing, conveying, robotic palletizing, empty-pallet dispensing, loaded-pallet transfer, pallet top strapping, stretch wrapping and pallet output.
Featuring high speed, excellent packaging quality, broad compatibility and stable performance, XFB is a high-tech mechatronics product integrating mechanics, electrics, instrumentation, pneumatics and robotics.
It handles heavy bags of 25–50 kg with five sealing methods covering seven bag types in thirteen sealing configurations. Custom configurations are available on request.
